Sensitive details are redacted before AI processing

Uploaded documents and teacher notes pass through a redaction layer before they are used to draft content.

Stored IEP content is encrypted

Present Levels and Goals are encrypted before they are saved, so stored drafts are not kept as plain text.

Uploaded originals are not retained

Source files are extracted, used for the draft, and deleted on every processing path.

Access follows the teacher and student relationship

Authenticated users can work only with students they own, with row-level database protections in place.

Generation activity is recorded without student names

Generation events are audited using hashed identifiers and safe logs rather than student-identifying details.
